Remy Elsherif was born in Kuwait on January 11, 1975, originally from Alexandria, Egypt. Both of her parents were college professors. She moved to the US in 2000 and is a single mother of two boys.
Eleven years ago, after the birth of her second son, Remy decided to pursue her passion for fitness and became a certified personal trainer. At age 40, she competed in her first bodybuilding competition. In 2017, she enrolled in an online school and became a certified life coach. She aims to help people feel good and strong, not just on the outside. Her passion and purpose are to assist people in overcoming mental and emotional obstacles to achieve their life goals and become the authentic best version of themselves.
Remy attended Kuwait English School from kindergarten to high school and then Kuwait University, where she studied Interior Design. She has been in the marketing business for one year and is based in San Antonio.
Her favorite part about the business is working on making her dreams come true while helping others do the same. In the next 5-6 years, Remy aims to build generational wealth for her two boys, own investment properties across the Mediterranean, buy a house in Egypt for her mom, and support all her brothers as they start their families. Her biggest goal is to have the option to comfortably retire by the time she’s 55, making seven figures.
